Structural Integrity

We guarantee the structural integrity of all our solid 14K and 18K gold jewelry for life. This includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, prong retipping and reinforcement, stone tightening and resetting (for stones originally set by us), clasp and closure repair or replacement, chain link repair and soldering, and ring shank repair and reinforcement.

Complimentary Services

As part of our lifetime commitment, all DEEVE pieces receive professional cleaning and polishing, inspection and maintenance checks, rhodium re-plating for white gold pieces, and minor adjustments and tightening.

Lab-Grown Diamonds

All IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds are guaranteed against loss due to manufacturing defect in the original setting. Our in-house gemologists will inspect and verify the security of your stones at any time. Learn about IGI certification.

How It Works

1. Contact us. Email support@deeve.ca with details about your piece and the service needed. We'll respond within 24 hours on business days.

2. Send your piece. Ship your jewelry to our Ontario studio using our prepaid, fully insured shipping label. We'll confirm receipt immediately upon arrival.

3. Expert assessment. Our master jewelers will inspect your piece in our in-house studio and provide a detailed assessment of the work required.

4. Precision repair. All warranty work is completed by master jewelers in our Ontario studio — ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.

5. Return shipping. Your restored piece is returned via fully insured shipping at no cost to you. Most repairs completed within 2–3 weeks.

What's Not Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. Not included: loss, theft, or damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse; damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or extreme temperatures; modifications or repairs performed by third parties; normal wear and tear on high-friction areas (e.g., ring band thinning); resizing beyond the original size range of the piece; damage to gemstones from impact or abrasion; engraving removal or alteration.

Shipping & Handling

Warranty repairs are completed free of charge. Shipping to our studio is covered by us via prepaid label. Return shipping is complimentary for warranty work. For non-warranty services, standard repair fees and shipping costs apply.

Turnaround Time

Most warranty repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks from receipt. Complex restorations may require additional time — we'll provide an estimated timeline during assessment.
