Prong Re-Tipping & Rebuilding

Re-tipping adds new metal to worn prong tips; rebuilding replaces prongs completely — restoring security and protecting gemstones from loss. Timeline 1–2 weeks.

Pearl Restringing

Hand-knotted silk thread with individual knots between each pearl. Recommended every 1–3 years depending on wear; timeline 1–3 weeks. Pearl care guide.

Soldering broken links, replacing damaged sections, clasp replacement. Timeline 1–2 weeks.

Stone Setting & Replacement

Terms: lifetime coverage for the original purchaser with proof of purchase; normal wear covered, excluding accidents, abuse, or neglect; unauthorized repairs void the warranty; cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening are always free. How often should I have my jewelry professionally serviced?

Annual inspections are recommended for all fine jewelry, with more frequent visits — every 6 months — for daily-wear pieces like engagement rings.

Do you service jewelry not purchased from DEEVE?

Yes. We provide professional services for all fine jewelry regardless of where it was purchased. Our lifetime warranty applies only to DEEVE pieces, but we’re happy to care for your entire collection.

How long does rhodium re-plating take?

Rhodium re-plating typically takes 1–2 weeks including cleaning, polishing, electroplating, and quality inspection.

Can all rings be resized?

Most rings can be resized, but eternity bands, tension settings, and rings with continuous patterns typically cannot. We’ll assess your specific piece and provide honest recommendations.

Natural diamond stud earrings in solid 14K white gold with a lifetime warranty at this price point is genuinely good value. The 0.50 carat size has real presence. The craftsmanship is solid — prongs are even, stones are secure, backing feels reliable. A confident purchase.

Ordered on a Monday and received by Thursday — great for a Canadian order. The 2 carat bracelet in white gold is beautiful and the craftsmanship is evident. Clasp is tight and secure. The diamonds are bright and very consistent in appearance. Would order from DEEVE again without hesitation.

Slightly smaller than expected but beautiful

The 2 carat total weight is split between two earrings — so each stone is 1 carat. I understood this but the visual size was still slightly smaller than I imagined from the photos. The quality is excellent and the IGI certification is genuine. The earrings are beautiful, just clarifying the per-stone size for other buyers.
