Yellow gold diamond-cut hoops: solid 14K, 25.00 mm across and 3.00 mm wide, about 1.7 g, with a snap lock. A diamond-cut hoop sparkles without a single stone. The surface is engraved with tiny angled facets, and each one catches light separately, so the hoop flickers as you move instead of showing one smooth reflection like a plain polished hoop. How a snap lock hoop closes

A snap lock is built into the hoop itself. A hinged post swings across, passes through the piercing and clicks into a catch on the other side, which turns the hoop into one closed circle that cannot slide out. To take it off, ease the post out of the catch and swing it open. No click means the post is not seated yet.
