Puffed Mini Clover Pendant Necklace in 14K Yellow Gold

Puffed gold is hollow gold, and hollow is the harder build. Two shells are formed over a die, trimmed until their edges meet exactly, then soldered along a seam that has to be polished back until nobody can find it. What you get is the volume of a solid piece for a fraction of the metal, which is how 1.9 grams becomes a pendant with real presence.

Its lobes read as separate domes, each holding a highlight of its own, and the small valleys where they meet give the shape its outline without a line being drawn anywhere.
