Two lines of gold read as one design. This earring is shaped as a long, narrow U with two parallel tubes running side by side, so from the front it looks like a pair of slim hoops stacked together. It gives the effect of a double piercing in a single earring.

It measures 24.00 mm long and 13.00 mm wide, with an approximate weight of 2.4 g. The elongated oval sits close to the jaw and the glossy finish runs the full length of both tubes, catching light on each one.

A hinged snap back closes it: the hinged section swings through the piercing and clicks shut, holding the earring firmly in place.

How a snap lock hoop closes

A snap lock is built into the hoop itself. A hinged post swings across, passes through the piercing and clicks into a catch on the other side, which turns the hoop into one closed circle that cannot slide out. To take it off, ease the post out of the catch and swing it open. No click means the post is not seated yet.
